Digital Detox – Reconnecting Beyond Screens

Students of Class VII presented a thoughtful assembly on the theme of Digital Detox, highlighting the need for mindful and balanced use of technology.

Through their presentation, the students urged their peers to use gadgets wisely, to know when to switch off and to invest time in activities that nurture mind, body and relationships. They emphasized that technology should be a tool for learning, not a substitute for living.

The assembly also suggested simple yet effective measures for a digital detox - observing screen-free hours, prioritizing outdoor play and physical activity, reading, pursuing hobbies, spending quality time with family and practicing mindfulness.

The assembly concluded with a powerful message - to log out from screens and log in to real life.
